Schwupps Wahl knows a request, offers, a comparison and a decision. What you call them is up to you: the template brings the words, the first items and the checks that fit. Eight come at the start, one of them for the self-employed; six are shown here, and you can write your own.

An owner, purchasing, an office, a board or a household: everyone who chooses between offers and has to show the basis later. If you work alone, you decide alone, with the same reasoning and the same stamp.
Where they exist: management, an advisory board, auditors, the family. They read the same board, join the conversation and countersign, free of charge and without an account if they wish.
Suppliers receive the request through a link, answer item by item without an account and answer questions as guests. No supplier sees the questions, prices or answers of another, and none of them pays Schwupps Wahl.
Every rule stands as a plate under the sign. What concerns people, numbers, sending and data is the same in Schwupps Wahl, Schwupps Büro and Schwupps Feld.
Net prices as in the design for 2027. Whoever only reads, answers or helps decide never pays: suppliers, advisory boards and owners need no account. The check aid with rules and the check model is part of every plan.

No. Schwupps Wahl compares anything that arrives as an offer: services for a building, trades and renovation, software, insurance, leasing, a freelancer’s business account, a club trip, the new kitchen. The template brings the words and the first items; the screens are the same whether you work alone or in a team.
No. Schwupps Wahl names no winner, gives no score and does not sort by price. The board counts what is included and what is missing; the choice and the reasoning are yours.
Yes. The single-offer check holds one offer against your requirements and shows what is included, what is missing and what stays open, without a verdict. Schwupps Wahl is built for one offer or for five.
Through your request: you describe the need once, with items, quantities and a deadline, and choose the suppliers. Every offer is read in the inbox and laid against the request item by item. What is missing is called “missing”; what nobody asked for, “not requested”. The original stays byte for byte, and you confirm every uncertain field yourself. Offers you already have, you simply upload.
Wupp reports on its own when an offer arrives, a deadline comes close or an answer changes a price, and brings the answers along. It stays on open matters, answers questions with sources from the comparison and works through commissions as a run slip. Wupp never stamps, sends nothing without your preview, names no winner and types no number: numbers are fields from the comparison.
Two open models, one job each. The check model, Decision 2.0, answers narrow questions with yes, no or a choice and writes no text; it runs in our own environment. The language model, Qwen, understands commissions and prepares drafts; it runs at STACKIT in Germany, with no storage. Most of what Wupp reports comes from rules and needs no model. Every receipt names its rung, the model and its version. Your offers train no model.
Every supplier gets an answer, after your preview. The award becomes a row under Contracts: term, price steps, notice date and the distance to the second offer, computed by code in whole cents. Wupp reports the notice date 90, 45 and 14 days ahead, and “Compare again” starts the next request with the items of the old one.
No. Suppliers answer questions on a page without an account or as guests in the conversation. Advisory boards, committees and owners read through a link with a code. Every answer is stored with its evidence class, so that nobody mistakes a forwarded promise for a signature.
No. Schwupps Wahl gives no legal advice and replaces no procurement procedure. Schwupps Wahl documents the basis: what was checked, with which passage, and who decided when.
Reading and full export stay open for 90 days, originals byte for byte. Nothing is deleted before that.
